WellFit Coaching Program

I offer two WellFit Coaching packages:

RECHARGE ($150/ month)

Fitness and Nutrition Evaluation. We will identify your current exercise and eating habits

One 45 minute Wellness Coaching session. This is where we will meet for a coffee or just to chat (FaceTime and Skype are also an option) to discuss your goals, why you want them, identify obstacles keeping you from reaching your goals, and strategize ways to remove the obstacles. Essentially, I become your personal accountability and motivation coach.

One 60 minute Personal Fitness Training session (LA Fitness or Planet Fitness). This is where the “heavy lifting” begins (pun intended). During warm up, we discuss what your routine will be and then we get to work! We work together on the machines. That’s right. I am right there, in it with you, explaining the machine, proper form for maximum results, and the muscle being worked. We are identify the proper weight and repetition thats right for you. Everyone is different. We go at YOUR pace… I will ask you to push yourself a little more when I think you can do it. We want results right?! We will also discuss stretching, what to eat to aid in fat loss and muscle gain or maintain.

Monthly Personal Fitness Planner. Within 24 hours of your Personal Fitness Training session, I will send you your 4 week personal fitness training routine. Each day of the week will be modified so that you are not working the same tired muscle every day. Remember, our muscles are breaking down when we work them out. They need time to recover!

15 Minute Check-In. At the end of every week you have an optional 15 minute check in to address questions, concerns, changes or modifications.
